Dr. Bill Jacobs, DC, FRCCSS(C) Sports Chiropractor
Dr. Bill Jacobs is a Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences of Canada and is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West: Doctor of Chiropractic, 1997; magna cum laude. Dr. Jacobs' experience includes seventeen years of active practice, working previously at the state-of-the-art Chiropractic Sports Institute in Los Angeles, California and currently as co-owner/clinic director of Sumas Mtn. Chiropractic and Wellness Clinic in Abbotsford. This has afforded him the opportunity to treat thousands of patients - including Olympic, professional and elite athletes - while gaining a wealth of clinical experience. Dr. Jacobs has provided care at the 2010 Olympics/Paralympics, Pan Am Games, All-African Games and Ironman Canada. Dr. Jacobs also works with professional teams including the B.C. Lions and Abbotsford Heat.
Dr. Todd Marshall, DC, FRCCSS(C) Sports Chiropractor
Dr. Todd Marshall is a Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences of Canada and a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West: Doctor of Chiropractic, 1999; magna cum laude. Dr. Marshall has been co-owner/clinic director of Sumas Mtn. Chiropractic Clinic in Abbotsford for over 10 years, after moving back from California. Working with the techniques and skills that are the forefront of chiropractic, Dr. Marshall has been able to treat many top athletes, both professional and amateur as well as using his skills in family practice. Dr. Marshall provides countless workshops to athletes regarding performance and health optimization.
Dr. Kenton Sieben, DC
Dr. Kenton Sieben is a graduate of the University of Western States: Doctorate of Chiropractic, 2010. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Dr. Sieben attended the University of Alberta for three years studying Human Biology before moving to Portland, Oregon to further his education and begin his training in chiropractic. While in Portland, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Sieben is excited to be a part of the Sumas Mountain Chiropractic Clinic and is looking forward to becoming active within the minor league sports community. He will be working with developing young athletes to help them train properly for their sport, enhance their performance, and minimize injury. He is also committed to community involvement by continuing to volunteer his time at Ironman Canada as a part of the Ironman ART treatment team, as well as other athletic events throughout the lower mainland.
Dr. Stephen Funk, DC
Dr. Stephen Funk is a graduate of University of Western States, receiving his doctorate of Chiropractic in 2013.Born and raised in Abbotsford, Dr. Funk has returned to his hometown to join Sumas Mtn. Chiropractic and pursue a long-time goal of working in the community he was raised in.Before attending chiropractic school in Portland, Oregon, Dr. Funk completed his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at University of the Fraser Valley in 2008 with a focus on exercise physiology and biomechanics.Dr. Funk’s approach to treatment emphasizes both a multi-disciplinary treatment plan and patient education, the latter giving the patient the knowledge and tools to be an active participant in their treatment and recovery to optimum health.As a former member of minor league sports in Abbotsford he is looking forward to getting involved in order to assist athletes with injury prevention through improved biomechanics, conditioning and rehabilitation as well as being involved in the community, volunteering at local events and activities.

Dr. Chris Vallee, DTCM
Dr. Chris Vallee is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and a Registered Acupuncturist in the province of British Columbia. He graduated from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in June of 1995. Chris has been a member of the Acupuncturist Association of BC, the Canadian Acupuncturist and TCM Alliance and the Qualified Acupuncturist and TCM Alliance. Chris has had a successful practice in Abbotsford for the last ten years, working with players from the B.C. Lions, Abbotsford Airforce Junior Football team, Abbotsford Soccer Association, Abbotsford Rugby Club, local hockey players and other local athletes in the area.
Chris is currently the President of the QATCMA, Chair of the Advocacy Committee for the QATCMA, ICBC Liaison for the QATCMA and Founding Member of the British Columbia Sports Acupuncture Association. To date, as President of the QATCMA, he has begun creating awareness with the BC Minister of Health and was interviewed by Channel M News and the Abbotsford Times.
